In our Yoga to Music classes, we take yoga poses from Hatha Yoga and Vinyasa Flow, but instead of moving to our breath, we practice these poses to various styles of music! This can be modern songs, selections from the oldies, or the pure classics – something for everyone!
Music stimulates us, which gives us energy to work harder and longer. Therefore, our Yoga to Music classes are often quite the cardio workout! There is not a lot of silence, but meditation is still part of the practice.
