Artsy & Me believes anyone can practice yoga, regardless of age or ability. But we acknowledge that different age groups often have different needs. To tailor to those needs, Artsy & Me offers yoga classes for specific age groups.
Many teens, for example, often struggle with exam stress, so our Teen Yoga classes include lots of breathing exercises to relieve that stress. Our Senior Yoga classes, on the other hand, focus on mobility and balance to help us stay fit with age!
In addition to these benefits, our age-specific classes are a great opportunity to interact with peers… to share those age-related experiences (the good ones and the hard ones!) and just have fun!
We have yoga by age as weekly group classes, but also as super fun (weekend) workshops. Contact us to learn more about these opportunities.
