Prenatal Yoga

Prenatal Yoga can keep you fit and relaxed during all stages of your pregnancy. With our individualized approach, we can essentially tailor any of our mainstream yoga classes to your specific needs, in a way that keeps you and your baby safe.

Postnatal Yoga

For you new moms out there, we also offer Postnatal Yoga! The benefits of this are endless. These classes build your flexibility and muscle tone, as well as your back and shoulder strength. This can help new moms with breast-feeding and all those other physical demands that are new to your body. Participating in Postnatal Yoga is also a great way to join a community of new moms. And are you perhaps suffering from postpartum depression? Then postnatal yoga can be a great contributor to your recovery!

As with Prenatal Yoga, you might just decide to follow one of our mainstream yoga classes, which we can then tailor to your needs. Or feel free to contact us for a specialized session.
