Chair Yoga | Gentle yoga and meditation. Uses the chair as a main prop. |
Hatha Yoga | Breathing, meditation and basic postures. |
Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga | Breathing, meditation and basic postures to support your pregnancy or recovery from childbirth. |
Restorative Yoga | Slowing down and opening your body in supported postures. |
Vinyasa Flow | Breathing, meditation, and postures for endurance. |
Yin Yoga | Slower posture sequencing to stimulate the meridians in order to improve health. |
For many people, it can take a while to find the best fit. So why not give each a try before you sign-up for your favorite ones?
Some of us have unique needs in order to practice yoga. In that case, our specially-sequenced classes might be perfect for you. If those classes don’t feel right to you, though, and you’ve got your mind set on one of our mainstream classes, that’s okay as well! Just let us know, so we can make accommodations that make you feel at ease in your practice.
